Food was great. Amazing wings! We didn't have the best waitress, but the other servers around us were doing a great job.

Their wings both boneless and bone in are amazing. One of the best happy hour food menus in town. I come at least once a week

We love both places thx so much. Please get the girl in the bar some help in Bluffton. Lots of us waited a while to be waited on and the guys serving helped us a lot and they were tipped. Bless her heart she did well but she was over worked. All was great but service slow because she had not much help.

Our server Hunter was amazing and super kind. He was at the ready to answer any questions we had and if he didn't have the answers he was willing to find one. The food was great and came out fast and hot. The friend I went with is usually really picky but loved everything she got and was already wanting to plan another trip there while we were leaving.

I order BBQ Ribs for a curb side pick up. They said it would be ready about 4 pm,to my surprise it was ready early which worked out great because I was already there waiting. Things went downhill when I starting eat my ribs. They were the most disgusting ribs I ever got from a restaurant. The thick layer of fat all over the one side and between the bone was surprising and so unappetizing. I ordered the medium rack which comes with 8 ribs. Never again will I go back.

So delicious, we'll be full for a week! We ordered the pulled pork nachos to start and the whole family devoured them. The brisket is tender and flavorful. The steamed broccoli was loaded with garlic and steamed perfectly. Their fried wings were cooked to perfection and were super crispy. The Italian Stallion sauce was so good. Don't skip dessert, their banana pudding is delicious.One Hot Mama herself (Orchid) was working and greeted us. Food was pricy but well worth it.

Love this place. The best ever corn bread and ribs. You won't be disappointed.

Went to new bluffton location for first time yesterday afternoon. Heard how great the ribs were...excellent baby backs, however, won’t go back. The service was awful, needed something from waitress, who never returned after delivering food. The rib portions were pitiful, not enough to fill a 120 female & my husband was still hungry after finishing as well. VERY expensive for what you are served.

The two stars are for the 4.5 star service. The folks were friendly, but the meats were all dry and the sides were over salted and just not very good. This was our second trip. Once on the island and once out in Bluffton. My opinion is the same for both - if I can do better at home, perhaps that is just what I should do. I should point out that we went early in the dinner rush...around 6pm. The food was so dry, you would think it was 10pm. Sorry but we wont be back.

Good service! Excellent food. Had wings and a salad this time! Maui Wowie and Backyard BBQ were great! Mauie had a little bite, not too much. BBQ was traditional but good. Wings were large.

I used to like this place, but lately they always mess up my takeout order. I shouldn’t be making two trips for your mistake.

Food is great. The boneless wings were better than at most places. But if you're not accustomed to waiting 30 to 45 minutes for your food you may be in for a rude awakening.

I asked for butter for my roll, she brought mayo instead, I asked if it was butter, she looked at it and said ya. Then I asked for more dressing for salad, had to ask a second time. Food was good, service was not.

We ordered a smorgasbord of items, Fried chicken barbecued chicken pulled pork salmon and ribs those were the best ribs I've ever eaten. This place is an absolute must go if you're in the area!

Very good. Was my first time but I will be back. Had the Pulled Chicken Nachos as my meal, and it was great. I saw so many good looking foods go past me to other tables. I will have to try them all!Nice people. Ok prices, but worth it. A great place.

Great place if you enjoy wasting money on overpriced food, watered down mix drinks with little to no alcohol content. Food portions and quality are fair to poor, very gristly and fatty meats… bring snacks for the kids because you will leave hungry!

It would be give stars if I was given the food I ordered, I will be back again though all the food is good

Amazing chicken wings! Huge and cooked to perfection. Our perfectly named bartender, Joy, made the experience a 5 star lunch. Joy was funny and personable. She made us feel so welcome. Joy raved about the owner and her attention to detail and that gave us a great feeling about the restaurant. This will definitely be our new favorite place. Thank you, Joy from Donna and Dale.

Waited Over 30 minutes for a to go order that I already gave them 20 minutes to cook that was 50 minutes to cook and plate a to-go order. No apology , no concern . Ridiculous.To make it all better (sarcasms)... The order was wrong ....50 minutes for a wrong order

Everything was delicious!!Mid prices, large sizes!!! Really nice atmosphere, one of the best bbq I have had. I am difficult with the bbq because sometimes it is too sweet, sometimes too bitter, but here it was JUST PERFECT. Outside sitting, inside sitting, live music, fountain on the exterior in a pavement road, so you have a nice scenery and peace. Beautiful.

Love the atmosphere and staff. Wings were a bit disappointing, since we had heard great things about them. Even though the skin looked nicely grilled, it was soggy. Maybe they precooked the wings, let them sit out then poured sauce on top and microwaved to warm up. 2 sauces that we had were very tasty. We like crispy wings whether they be grilled or fried. Will try the pork ribs next time and give the wings another chance!

Alistair's Mother's Day and I got ripped off $425 package when I came home half of it everything I ordered was in the bag I went there today no draft beer the bump I order the pork pulled pork sandwich bun with burnt service was slow this is the new Norm

The food is not bad, but just ok. I felt that the attitude is decidedly customer unfriendly: no reservations for less than 10, no one can be seated until full party is present even in a mostly empty room , $4 charge for sharing. Noisy and cold.

So happy One Hot is finally here. Great service all night, Sydney was a fantastic server and the hostesses (Lara & Jayla) could not have been sweeter or more helpful! Go, it is awesome!

We really enjoyed our meal. Good food and service. The price was right and they had parking.

We went to Bluffton location as we had two small children and the wait would be less. When we arrived and I had called ahead of time to see if there was a wait . No air conditioning.. then we are seated I asked for fan to ge our in . Sure we will . Ordered draft beer they only had Budlight On tap we wanted Miller Light . Them she cane back and said Budlight draft out.. so we ordered Miller lite bottles . Then she said we are out of the rib appetizer . Which ironically that’s what I order. I asked for manager which switched our table to one with working fabs... then she said we have the rib appetizer . Then my husband said you have a bucket deal can we just add three beers to that . Sure ! Then w get our bill and she says that’s only on the bar !!! Guess we will be back to Hilton Head restaurant and the worth will be worth it!!

I go there quite often and try to have something different every time I go and everything has always been delicious 😋Every server and bartender I haven't had there has been terrific.. pp I would highly recommend this place to everyone

Great food, great atmosphere!! The ribs, pulled pork or chicken tacos, pulled pork sandwiches, and the brisket queso are amazing!!!! I highly recommend One Hot Mama's!!! If you sit at the bar, ask for Tina or Dominique, they are awesome!!!!!

Amazing food! Maui Wowi wings are a favorite. Kind staff and over all great service. They did forget to bring us a drink and the cokes tasted watered down. They were busy and short staffed and it was during the COVID-19 pandemic, but the food was just that good that it still deserves a 5 star rating. We will be back for sure!

Best BBQ and everything on the menu is awesome. My favorite restaurant for 13 years

It's rare you find a place where no one in your party has a complaint. 6 people and we all left happy and as fat as a tick. My only complaint is it's not close to where I take my naps. I live nearly 2 hrs away, but I'll definitely be coming back.

Food is great and usual hangout spot on Fridays; however, service can be a little slow when you have the bartender waiting tables also.

I visited south Carolina for vacation and i thought i had hope for this place.... Long wait and waitress took too long. Food quality alright but service was trash ..... Never coming back... EVER COMING BACK TO THIS DUMP

Great atmosphere, delicious food! The Brisket was so good and tender, the dirty rice and gravy was the best I've ever had. Lunch menu was 10.99 for a meat and 3 sides!!!Can't wait to go back!!! The collards were so good! The cornbread with that special drizzle of sauce...oh my!!!

We love One Hot Mama's! A really great menu with outstanding food and drink specials. My wife had the brisket and I chose the Char-Bar chicken salad. Two excellent choices! Our server Bill was very friendly and provided first-class service. We will definitely request him on future visits. Well done Mama's - we'll see you guys again soon!!

Bartender was very unpleasant. Made us feel very unwelcome. We tried to move to a table and she tried to not let us sit at a table because it was a 4 top and we came as 2. Hostess was understanding and helped get us seated at the table the bartender told us we couldn’t sit at. Thankfully got a very friendly waitress and were able to enjoy the rest of our experience. Just don’t sit at the bar and expect to have friendly staff.

Excellent ambiance, fantastic food.

The server was great;The food was... awful. I’ve never bit into fried chicken and not only was it sweet, but the skin had no flavour. The mac and cheese was sugary? The rice was the only part out of the meal that I enjoyed. It was overall a negative experience food-wise. Once again, the service was great, however.

Had a scrumptious burnt ends dinner! The kitchen made it up special... with fried okra and dirty rice and their famous jalapeños cornbread. The burnt ends were so delicious and the sides were amazing! I'm gonna make this a regular BBQ stop!

First time there. Very crowded which may account for some delay in presentation of food. However, once we were served the food was excellent!

Food was great, service a little slow but 10/10 recommend their wings!
